Services
We provide project-based programming consulting for software architecture, including technical assessments, implementation support, and advisory engagements. Capabilities are described on this website; binding scope appears only in a signed statement of work (SOW).
Proposals and acceptance
Fees, deliverables, and timelines are agreed individually per SOW. Work starts after written acceptance and any deposit specified therein. Unless the SOW states otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days of issue (proposed term — pending business confirmation).
Client responsibilities
You provide timely access to people, systems, and documentation needed for the engagement, and designate a decision-maker for approvals. Delays may shift schedules without penalty to us.
Intellectual property
Unless the SOW assigns otherwise, you own deliverables created specifically for you upon full payment. We retain pre-existing tools, templates, and general know-how.
Confidentiality
Both parties will protect non-public information learned during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted under Thai law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that SOW. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms and engagements are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
