Vector Arc Consulting sells time and expertise, not software subscriptions. Every engagement starts with a written scope: systems in play, deliverables (diagrams, decision logs, code review notes), and fees in THB or agreed currency.

Architecture assessment

A fixed-duration review for teams about to split a monolith, replace a vendor core, or onboard a regulated data feed. We inventory services and data stores, walk critical paths in staging, and produce a prioritized risk memo. You receive interview notes and a read-out session with engineering leadership.

Typical inputs: repository access, architecture sketches, on-call pain points.
Not included: production changes unless added as a separate implementation block.

Implementation support

Hands-on pairing for bounded work — for example hardening an idempotent payout API, designing an outbox for warehouse events, or drafting ADRs your reviewers can merge. Hours are capped weekly so your team remains accountable for delivery.

Advisory blocks

Pre-purchased hours for architecture questions that do not warrant a full assessment: vendor comparisons, threat modeling for a new integration, or review of a peer’s RFC. Summaries are emailed for your records.

How proposals are built

1. You submit the inquiry form or email with context.
2. We clarify scope on a short call if needed.
3. You receive a statement of work with fees, milestones, and invoicing terms.
4. Work begins after written acceptance and any deposit stated in the SOW.
